Executive Director & Co-Founder
What began as a competitive outlet after ending his college football campaign has transformed into a lifestyle. Clint started racing in 2005 and quickly worked his way through the ranks, winning a Cat 1 XC National Championship in 2009 and turning pro in 2010 with numerous top national finishes and regional wins in all disciplines. Clint is known and respected as a contender in any race he enters; however, his image has risen above results alone. His work in the community developing other riders and organizing events shows he is committed to cycling and growing the sport he loves.
Clint and his wife Jennifer began organizing races in 2014 under the TimeYourRace brand, before forming Clipped In Races in 2017. Clipped In Races produces community events year round, including the Sacramento Cyclocross Series, Prairie City Race Series, Folsom Grom Series, Mother Lode Epic, and more.
Director of Operations & Co-Founder
Every organization needs a passionate person working behind the scenes, and this is Jennifer. When her husband, Clint, started racing mountain bikes she saw a need for help managing registration, scoring and results at local races. She volunteered for many years with other companies before becoming part owner in the chip timing company TimeYourRace in 2013. This allowed her to help other organizations become more efficient and produce better events that bring community together.
Jennifer is the consummate social planner and her spirit thrives when gathering with others. She says there’s only room for one Pro athlete in the family, but she enjoys riding the tandem bike with Clint and following behind their son Logan (10) on the mountain bike as they explore trails as a family.
Community Relations & Outreach Director
Jenn is a Sacramento native and proud Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo alumni. Her passion for endurance events was sparked by an addiction to running half marathons (and a couple marathons) and the feeling that you’re a part of something bigger than yourself. Jenn’s favorite part about working races is connecting with the community – both online and at events. And also petting all the dogs (see the Clipped In Races Pup Roundup).
Outside of the office, Jenn is an avid craft beer drinker, country music fan, long distance runner, and loves spending time with friends and family.
Youth Programs Director
Doreen is a mother of 5, avid cyclist and fitness professional. After homeschooling her kids through high school, she went back to college for a degree in kinesiology. She has coached all ages and abilities in many different settings.
Doreen’s happy place is on her bike. She rides road, gravel, trail, CX and more recently downhill. She has podiumed at Sea Otter Classic twice and competed in Race Across America. Her RAAM team completed the coast-to-coast race in 7 days 8 hours! You can also fine her competing in the Sac CX series and regularly commuting on her road bike. Her “favorite” bike is what ever she is riding at the moment!
Doreen gives back to the community by working with Team One Mile an organization focused on raising money for veterans and first responders.

Katie has more than 13 years experience working in nonprofits all across the West. She is elated to serve on the board for CIFL, and enthusiastically shares their mission to get more kids on bikes! Two fun facts about Katie:
(1) Katie is a triplet (all girls) and has an older sister. While she and her sisters grew up on a soccer field, any free time was spent riding and racing bikes carefree around the neighborhood. Now a mom to two young boys, Katie and her husband (both outdoor enthusiasts) have prioritized cultivating and passing on that happy-go-lucky feeling one gets while riding a bike.
(2) Katie has lived in all of the exterior states across the West: TX, NM, AZ, CA. OR and WA. She presently resides in Folsom, CA with her husband and two boys ages, 7 and 10.
Scott lives in San Francisco where he works as an attorney representing affordable housing developers. When he isn’t racing the Sacramento Cyclocross series, you can find him riding around the Bay Area with his family, which includes Fritz the beagle (pictured). Scott’s love of bike racing started at the local Wednesday night cross country race series back home in Vermont. These races provided a great sense of community built on a shared love of riding and opportunities for growth, both on and off the bike. Through his work for CIFL, Scott is committed to helping grow the sport of cycling in all its forms by making sure kids and adults alike continue to have great local racing opportunities.
