Despite not learning how to bike until age 8, Johanna has grown and improved more than she could ever imagine. As a child, biking, especially mountain biking, was scary. Now, after two seasons on her school’s mountain bike team, Johanna is finding herself on the podium and racing trails around California. Johanna and her family have always loved the outdoors. You can often find them hiking, paddleboarding, and spending days by the water or in the mountains.
Simon has been riding mountain bikes since he was 8 years old. What started as something he did every few weeks with a friend has turned into his favorite activity. He has been racing cross country for two years and aspires to become sponsored by Specialized some day.
What started out as a hobby for Ian quickly turned into a lifestyle. He’s been addicted to riding and racing for the past 11 years, doing everything from 8 hour endurance races to short track crits to gravel races. His goal is to place top 50 in Nationals this year and eventually become his own coach.
